I Give Up!
I stopped taking the Cambridge diet, my body couldn't handle it. I felt quite sick this morning, felt like puking and weak. Had some broiled vegetables for breakfast and a cup of fresh juice (apple & carrot) for tea. Had a small bowl of yong tau foo soup for lunch and a few pieces of steamed chicken for dinner. I feel much better and i sincerely hope that the weight i lost stays OFF!
It was horrible and torturous going on that diet. Worst diet ever! I realise that i didn't chew or had anything hot in 5 days. It was disgusting! The next time i have to diet, it'd be something substantial and 'normal'.
Well, i finally submitted my application for the spouse visa at Australian High Commission. Bah! Went to Wesley to attend the Friday Group. It was fun! Thank God i'm back to eating normal food. I shall eat healthy. Lotsa vegetables and meat and no/less carbo.
Going for my fitting tomorrow!! YIPPEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! Can't wait =)
